Existing tunnels are never cut because of a version. BLOCK_NEW_TUNNELS stops a node receiving new connections; BLOCK_NODE refuses it at registration with a reason the device shows its owner. The app never updates itself.

Separate from the ordinary exports, on purposeThis export contains every displayable proxy password in plaintext. Anyone who obtains the file can use those accounts. It is kept apart from the ordinary exports so it cannot be downloaded by accident, and it requires the OWNER role.
